If you answer yes to the second question then you should know how to spell YOUR PRESIDENTS name correctly. Alternately you can refer to him as MR. PRESIDENT. There is this old fashioned notion of respecting the OFFICE IF NOT THE HOLDER.
Finally we here in the USa do not use honorifics like THE HONORABLE when referring to people. THere was a war fought some several hundred years back with the country that still does that, you may have heard of it? He is Senator McCain NOT The Honorable Sen. McCain. Though I don't doubt that he is an honorable man.
